All items are securely packed and sent by first class Royal Mail post. Larger orders may be sent Recorded Delivery at our discretion. Our postage charges cover the cost of packaging materials and sorting items from the stock rooms, as well as the stamps needed to get it to you!

99% of items are dispatched within 2 working days of the order being received, so in most cases you can expect your purchase to arrive 1 - 2 working days after ordering. As much as we'd love to, we're unable to accept responsibility for the speed of Royal Mail’s service after items have been dispatched. We always obtain proof of postage for items, so if you have any concerns about an item not arriving, please make sure you have checked at your local sorting office and then contact us. Please note, dispatches are not made at weekends or bank holidays.

Some bulky items may be sent using Royal Mail’s Parcel Service which has a delivery time of three days, but this will be clearly stated on the product page when you order one of these items.

If for any reason it will take longer than two working days to dispatch any part of your purchase, or if it’s marked as out of stock, we will notify you by email. We’ll inform you of the expected dispatch time and you can choose to wait a little longer or receive a refund if you can’t hold on.
