And we love making them happy - so you can imagine how sorry we are if anything you receive is not up to your expectations. That’s why we make it a priority at Pixie Pets to get things right first time.


However like everything in life, occasionally things do go wrong. That’s why we offer a no-quibble replacement or refund guarantee in the unlikely event that an item is faulty - we want to make you happy, so if for whatever reason you're not 100% happy with your Pixie Pets experience, please, please let us know.


If your unhappiness is any fault of ours we’ll always offer to put things right with a full refund or a replacement, and of course a sympathetic ear! If you have just changed your mind, that’s fine too. Just let us know within 14 days for an exchange or refund, although please note in these circumstances delivery charges are non-refundable and the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition.
